If you're interested, consider taking the childhood trauma questionnaire below:
This long-term RRP group will run for the length of 3 years, with a weekly commitment, once group members have been established. The group will be composed of eight individual adults and one clinician who will begin to explore the origins and lasting impacts of childhood trauma in the present, while providing learning opportunities for tools and experientials that enhance regulation, decrease trauma responses, and increase capacity for deepened relational intimacy within the context of the group. All group members are interviewed prior to onboarding, as having safe-enough individuals in this group is a cornerstone for group healing. In the beginning, group work can feel intimidating, as other people tend to trigger the inner adapted child. However, the willingness to be present with triggers and core wounding with intention and good-enough witnessing can lead to a pathway of recovery from long-term, consistent trauma symptoms that are seen in survivors. This is a trauma-specific, grief, and intimacy group. Short-term (6 month) groups are an introduction to RRP and are more educational in nature.
All group sessions cost $75 per member.

This short-term RRP group will run for the length of 6 months, with a weekly commitment, once group members have been established. Group members are interviewed prior to on-boarding, just like in long-term groups, making a total of 6-8 participants. This group is a psychoeducation group, and is often the first step for members who join long-term (3+ year) groups. Participants learn about toxic family systems and their impact on childhood development, while gaining access to skills in the present. Group members will also be invited to experientially create and review a family genogram with the rest of the group members, nearing the closing of the group. Individuals who successfully participate in short-term groups are often invited to participate in long-term groups, either with the original clinician, or to a referring RRP clinician.
All group sessions cost $75 per member.

Groups open us to heal in community with other trauma survivors who get it, expanding who we know intimately, and who knows us, which is exactly what got wrecked in childhood. Through education & later witnessing, we learn to heal in relationships rather than on our own.
