This psychoeducational RRP group will run for the length of 6 months with a weekly commitment in the spring of 2026 (March). The group will be composed of eight individual adults and one clinician who will begin to explore the origins and lasting impacts of childhood trauma in the present, while providing learning opportunities for tools that enhance regulation and relational intimacy. All group members are interviewed prior to onboarding, as having safe-enough individuals in this group is a cornerstone for group healing. In the beginning, group work can feel intimidating, as other people tend to trigger the inner adapted child. However, the willingness to be present with triggers and core wounding with intention and good enough witnessing can lead to a pathway of freedom from long-term, consistent trauma symptoms that are seen in survivors. Trauma and intimacy work are a part of long-term groups (2-4 years). Short-term (6 month) groups are an introduction to RRP and are more educational in nature. Long-term groups will be forming, yet current dates are TBD.
Please fill and submit your intake form below if you're interested in joining an RRP group.

Groups open us to heal in community with other trauma survivors who get it, expanding who we know intimately, and who knows us, which is exactly what got wrecked in childhood. Through education & later witnessing, we learn to heal in relationships rather than on our own.
